What is Live Alerts?
Live Alerts is a real-time alerting platform for transport and freight operations. Customers raise alerts through the system, and the transport team sees them appear instantly on a live dashboard — replacing scattered phone calls and emails with one clear, trackable stream.
How real-time is it?
Alerts appear on the admin dashboard the moment they are raised, along with an audible notification. The transport team sees new and updated alerts instantly, so nothing gets missed.
What is the close-order-time rule?
Live Alerts has a configurable cut-off time after which customers can no longer create, edit or cancel alerts. This rule is enforced automatically, though admins can still make changes if needed after the deadline.
Who uses Live Alerts?
There are two main roles: Customers raise and manage their own transport alerts, while the transport team (admins) monitor and respond to incoming alerts in real time from the dashboard.
Can the alert sounds and settings be configured?
Yes. Admins can choose the alert sound, turn audio on or off, and set the close-order time in the settings. The dashboard can be tailored to how your team actually works.
What happens when a customer updates or cancels an alert?
Every action updates the admin dashboard instantly. New alerts, edits, cancellations and acknowledgements all appear in real time, so everyone stays in sync without anyone needing to refresh.
